How Insurance Works

Risk Assessment

Our AI system analyzes your item type, name, and declared value to calculate a risk level (Low / Medium / High).

Deposit Required

Based on risk level, a refundable deposit is required: 10% (Low), 20% (Medium), or 30% (High) of item value. Minimum $20.

Coverage

Your item is covered up to $5,000 during transit. Coverage activates once the deposit is confirmed.

Refund on Delivery

The deposit is fully refunded to you when the client confirms successful delivery.

Claims

If your item is lost or damaged and a dispute is approved, the insurance deposit is used toward your claim.
