By accessing or using FindATraveller, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Travelers are required to complete identity verification before offering delivery services. We collect and verify government-issued identification documents. False information will result in immediate account suspension.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Client funds are held in escrow until the delivery is confirmed by both parties. FindATraveller charges a service fee on each successful transaction.
Item insurance is available for deliveries. Insurance deposits are refundable upon successful delivery. Claims are subject to dispute review and approval. Maximum coverage is USD $5,000 per item.
Deliveries are confirmed using a one-time password (OTP) provided to the client. The traveler must obtain and submit the OTP to trigger payment release. Falsification of delivery is a violation of these terms.
Users may not use FindATraveller to transport illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit products, live animals, or any items prohibited by customs regulations of the relevant countries.
Disputes between clients and travelers will be reviewed by our admin team. Both parties agree to cooperate with investigations by providing evidence. Decisions made by FindATraveller are final.
FindATraveller acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the actions of individual users, lost or damaged items beyond insurance coverage, or delays caused by customs or transportation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users of the platform.
