3. Identity Documents (KYC)

Identity documents submitted for verification are stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes. Documents are not shared with other users. Travelers can request deletion of KYC documents after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: between clients and travelers as necessary to fulfil deliveries (name, general location), with payment processors (Stripe), with identity verification services, and with law enforcement when legally required.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for financial compliance. KYC documents are retained for the legally required period. You may request deletion of non-required data at any time.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, understand how you use our platform, and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements), withdraw consent for optional data processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure storage for sensitive documents, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.
